Information on Autographs for 2017
Autographs for some of our guests will work a little differently this year. Please make sure to read the following carefully so you have the best chance to get the autographs that you want.
Many of our guests have their own booth in the exhibit hall. You can find them there whenever they don’t have panels or other events happening, and they will sign autographs at their booth. There is no specific schedule for these.
See below for details on certain groups or individual guests. Gacharic Spin and Disacode will only sign their official merchandise purchased at the convention. This will be sold at the AM Booth in the exhibit hall, and at a table in Hall B3 after their concert. Other guests have no restrictions on what they will sign, though many will be selling their own merchandise, if you want.
Please note that some schedules may have last minute changes. The official schedule located on the website at http://www.animematsuri.com/info/schedule/ or via the Anime Matsuri app will have the latest info if any changes must be made.

The following guests will require a ticket in order to obtain an autograph. There will be a set of booths at the rear of Exhibit Hall E that give out tickets each day. Each autograph session will only have 100 tickets available, with a certain number reserved for Superpass holders and general attendees to ensure a fair distribution. Tickets will only be given out for autograph sessions on the same day (e.g. on Friday, only tickets for autograph sessions on Friday will be given out. For sessions on Saturday, you will have to get a ticket on Saturday).
There are several booths, and they will each have tickets for different guests, as below:
- Booth 1: Masami Suda, Ladybeard, Aural Vampire
- Booth 2: Megumi Han, Studio Trigger, Disacode
- Booth 3: Romi Park, Brilliant Kingdom, Gacharic Spin
This is designed to ensure an even distribution of autograph tickets, rather than having a small number of people getting tickets to all of the sessions. For this reason, you will want to prioritize which guests you want to get an autograph from, and choose the appropriate line, as you will not likely be able to get a ticket for every guest.
Please see the schedule for autograph times and locations. This information will also be available at the autograph ticket booths.
Gacharic Spin and Disacode will also have a special autograph session immediately following their concert Saturday night. This session will not require a ticket, and will be a first-come, first-served basis. This will take place in Hall B3, adjacent to the concert hall (Hall A3). Again, please note that this will also be only for official merchandise sold at AM.
Unfortunately, the Sailor Moon Musical cast will not be available for autographs this year.
Please let us know if you have questions about how the autograph process works. We don’t want anyone to miss out on an autograph they really want due to a misunderstanding about the rules. It may seem a bit complicated, but we strive to have a system that is fair for everyone.
